Client-branded status pages for the sites you look after

A client-branded status page is a public page that shows one client's website status, uptime and incident history, with the client's own logo and brand colour, so it looks like part of your service. Greenbar gives freelancers and small agencies one for each client. On paid plans, you can add the client's logo and brand colour, and hide the "Powered by Greenbar" line.

What your client sees

Each client gets a public page at a usegreenbar.com address, like yourclient.usegreenbar.com. It shows their services, the current status, daily uptime bars for each service and the incident history. Check history covers 90 days on paid plans and 7 days on Free. There's nothing for them to log in to. You send the link once, and they can check it whenever they like.

On paid plans (Freelancer and Agency), you can add the client's logo and brand colour, and hide the "Powered by Greenbar" line. On Free, the page shows a small "Powered by Greenbar" line, and logo and brand colour aren't included.

Why freelancers and agencies use one

  • Fewer "is the site down?" emails. The client can open the page and see the current status for themselves before they write to you.
  • A record to point to. When a client asks how the site has been doing, or you sit down for a care-plan review, you can send one link instead of a screenshot of a dashboard. The incident history shows what went wrong and when it was resolved.
  • It looks like part of your service. With the client's logo and brand colour on the page, and the "Powered by Greenbar" line hidden (paid plans), the page reads as something you provide, not a tool you happen to use.

How to set one up in Greenbar

  1. Add a client. Name it and pick a status page address, like yourclient.usegreenbar.com.
  2. Paste their URLs. Add each site or service you want on the page, and Greenbar checks each one. Paid plans include 1-minute checks and Free includes 5-minute checks.
  3. Add the client's branding (paid plans). Add the client's logo and brand colour, and choose whether to hide the "Powered by Greenbar" line.
  4. Share the link. Send it to your client once. When something breaks, Greenbar opens an incident on its own, you get the alert, and the page updates. Email alerts come on every plan. Slack and signed webhook alerts come on paid plans.

See a sample client status page on the live demo. It uses sample data and shows the default look, including the "Powered by Greenbar" line.
